Smoking: All accommodations are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the screened porch in One-Bedroom Cottages and Apartments only with sliding glass doors closed. Smoking is not permitted on the screened porches in any Gulf Front/Gulf View Motel Efficiencies — we ask guests to only smoke outside of the Motel Efficiency building for the comfort and safety of other guests and staff.
Maid Service: Periodic maid service is offered for stays longer than one week and is available upon request for $25 per service for stays lasting one week or less. Long-term stays may also request $25 service as needed in addition to already-scheduled services throughout the course of the stay.
Laundry Exchange Room: Located in the office building, the Laundry Exchange Room is available for guests to drop off used linens, and to pick up fresh towels, linens, toiletries, and paper supplies on a daily basis. Open from 8 AM to 1 PM.
Coffee: A complimentary coffee bar is located in the office building and opens at 8 AM.
Rentals: Bicycle, kayak, and umbrella rentals are available onsite. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase. Please stop by the front desk — we will be happy to set you up with any equipment you may need.
Books & Movies: A variety of DVDs and books are available for check-out at the front desk.
Computer & Printer: Located in the office building. Printing available for a small fee.
Ice Machine: Located adjacent to the pool area.
Guest Laundry: Coin-operated laundry is open 24/7 for guest use. Laundry products and change are available at the front desk from 8 AM to 9 PM.
Deposits: We require deposits for all reservations. Minimum deposit is equal to the cost of one night, up to $2000.00. A 50% deposit is required for stays during season (December 22 to April 30) and holidays.
Cancellation: Deposits are eligible for refund up until the following time periods:
All refunds are subject to a processing fee of $50 or 10% of the deposit amount, whichever is greater. Cancellations made within the 30- or 45-day period prior to arrival are non-refundable. No refunds are available for early check-out, or due to non-emergency weather conditions. We are not able to issue credit card refunds for transactions older than 90 days. Refunds for such transactions will be issued in the form of a paper check.
